Proof of Address Requirements at Bitkingz
A valid proof of address is a utility bill (power, gas, water or internet), a bank statement, or an official council/government letter, dated within the last three months and showing your full name and residential address.
The document must match the details on your Bitkingz account exactly. Mobile phone bills are often not accepted because the billing address can differ from where you live, so a household utility or bank statement is the safer choice.

Screenshots of online account dashboards are usually fine as long as the provider name, your name, address and date all appear together.
Payment Proof You May Need to Send
Payment proof is needed when you deposit by card. Send a photo of the card showing your name and the last four digits — cover the middle digits and the CVV on the back for your own protection.
