Bitkingz Responsible Play Guide
Updated 2026-09-15
Why this page matters to us
We run Bitkingz because gambling should feel like fun, not pressure. When it stops being entertainment, it becomes a problem worth taking seriously.
Bitkingz is operated by Dama N.V. under Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2020-013. That licence carries obligations, and player protection is one we take to heart. You must be at least 20 years old to hold an account with us. We verify identity and will close any account we believe belongs to a minor. If you ever have questions, our support team is here.
Tools you control
Every player gets a set of practical controls inside their account. Use them early, not only when things feel off.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Deposit limits | Cap how much you can add daily, weekly or monthly. |
| Loss limits | Set a ceiling on net losses over a chosen period. |
| Session limits | Decide how long a single session may run. |
| Reality checks | Get a timed reminder of how long you've been playing. |
| Cooling-off | Take a short break, from a day up to several weeks. |
| Self-exclusion | Lock yourself out for months or permanently. |
Need a limit changed downward? It applies straight away. Requests to loosen a limit take longer, by design.
A quick self-check
Ask yourself these honestly:
- Do I spend more than I can comfortably afford?
- Have I tried to cut back and struggled?
- Do I gamble to escape worry or low mood?
- Have I lied about how much I play?
- Have I chased losses with bigger bets?
Answered yes to two or more? Please set a limit today, or take a cooling-off break. Reaching out for help is a strength, not a last resort.
Signs worth watching for
Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It creeps in through small habits.
You might be chasing losses, borrowing to keep playing, or hiding the extent of it from people close to you. Sleep, work and money can all start to slip. If gambling is the first thing you reach for when stressed, that's a signal. Feeling guilty afterwards is another. None of these mean you've failed — they mean it's time to pause and reassess.
